Start/scheduling meetings
How do I start/schedule meetings with Me-Grow Meeting?
To start/schedule a meeting you have two different option as
- Click on “Meet now”
- Enter Title for the meeting
- Select Recording and transcription settings (optional)
- Click on Meet now. You will be routed to a new page where you can start the call and invite people

To schedule a meeting for future time/date
- Click on “Schedule”
- Enter Title for the call
- Select call details
- Click on save meeting. Your meeting will be created and saved.
- Now you can see saved meeting details and can share/invite people to the meeting using direct link by selecting the type of user
- OR you can share the meeting invite by using Google calendar, Outlook calendar or Yahoo calendar


Additionally you will have the following optional steps to further add more details to the call:
- Add Invitees (Invite using Me-Grow Meeting) to the call by choosing roles for each and add either mobile number or email ID of the invitee. Client and translator type invitee will be optional. You will have to add at least one moderator (host) and one participant to invite via Me-Grow Meeting
- Add poll questions to ask during the call discussion if needed (optional) with 5 types of poll questions (single, multiple, image selection, rating)
- Add media or say stimulus in video or image formats to showcase during the call. This step is optional. You can also choose to switch on emotional analysis and eye tracking feature from this step after adding your media file

You can edit any step by clicking on edit icon
given on the right side of the card after saving the step and click on “Save & exit” button to save any changes you make to the scheduled call
Starting & Joining Scheduled meetings
Me-Grow Meeting provides simplest ways to start or join a meeting/discussion. You can join via any laptop/desktop computer browsers if you are the initiator of the call (Moderator/Host) or if you are a client or a participant or a translator, you have the option to join both through web browser from laptop/desktop as well as from an Android and iOS app. Download our app from here Android and iOS
Starting a meeting as a Moderator
As a moderator, to start the meeting from your account:
- Go to Chrome/Firefox/Microsoft edge/Safari browser
- Sign in to your Me-Grow Meeting account
- Go to upcoming call list
- Click on “Start now” option which is given in front of your scheduled meeting

- You will be redirected to a waiting page in new tab where you can adjust your camera and microphone settings and start the call
- If you are first time using Me-Grow Meeting, browser will prompt you to give permission access for your camera and microphone. Please click allow to continue
- Once you start the call, You will be redirected to call page:

- If any participant or client or translator joins the meeting you will be notified to add them to the call with a small pop up box

You can also add users who are waiting from waiting room option

You can change the call layout by clicking the icon

You can view the call info by clicking the icon

From the call info panel you can See your video window and can pin or unpin your video window from main call layout by clicking
- From call Info panel you can also see other call information and option to copy user links to share with more people

To copy any user link just click on icon

You can send group message from main Chat screen

You can mute/unmute, remove or message any user who are present in the call by clicking the hamburger menu
which is shown on each user window. Note: If the other user themselves had muted then you will not be able to mute/unmute them as long as they unmute. This is made this way to ensure users privacy.
Joining a meeting as a participant
Joining from a desktop/laptop web browser
- To join a call as a participant click on the link shared with you or just copy the link and past it in either chrome or Firefox or Microsoft edge or browser and hit enter to go to waiting room.

- Enter your name and click on “Join call”
- You will be in waiting state a moderator adds you to the call
- Once a moderator adds you to the call you will see a “Join call” button again on the screen and you will also hear a ringing tone from speakers
- Upon clicking Join call now you will be added to the call
Joining from a smartphone
- If you are joining through a smartphone then install our app from Android Play store or iOS app store and click on the link which you received
- If you are first time using Me-Grow Meeting app, upon clicking the link from wherever you received it android device will prompt you to select the app to open the link
- Select “Me-Grow Meeting” app which you have installed in your device and click on “Always”
- You will be routed to Me-Grow Meeting app and waiting room will be shown. (Note: If you are first time using the Me-Grow Meeting app, it will ask few permission which are necessary such as “Audio, video etc., click allow to continue and join the call)
- Enter your name in waiting room and click on “Join call”
- Once a moderator adds you to the call you will see a “Join call” button and you will also hear a ringing tone
- Upon clicking Join call you will be added to the call
In call as a participant

Viewing video for emotion analysis and image for heat mapping as a participant
To capture accurate emotions and eye tracking we need you to follow the instructions which will help to extract best results:
- To capture your face position and eyes alignments Me-Grow Meeting will do a calibration test before showing the video or image. It is important that you successfully complete the calibration test for accurate results
- Once the media posted from moderator you will see below instructions screen
- Read the instructions carefully
- Before moving to/starting the calibration it is recommended that you move or sit in a well-lit place where the light falls on your face directly from the front

Emotion Analysis
- Once you are in calibration test screen align your face to the camera

Wait until below box turns green
and you will see a countdown to start the video
- Once the test completed you will see a success message and the video starts playing
- While watching the video be relaxed and watch the video as if you are watching any video on the internet
- Once the video ended you will be back to the ongoing meeting/call
Eye tracking
- Once you are in calibration test screen you will see a dot moving around the screen
- Follow the dot by moving your eyes until the last point where it stops moving
- Once the calibration test completed successfully, you will see the image
- While seeing the image be relaxed and see and observe the contents in the image as if you were to inspect an Ad image shown in the internet
- Once the minimum time limit for the image viewing is completed. You will see a close icon on the top right corner to close the image and get back to the meeting/call
Joining a meeting as a client

Calls & Reports
Once you login to Me-Grow Meeting account you will be able to see a dashboard with following features. Me-Grow Meeting is really a simple DIY tool where you can get started immediately by creating calls.
Calendar & List of calls
Calendar helps you to track all the scheduled calls for you. You can view the full calendar by clicking icon on the calendar or can switch between day or month view basis your priority. You can also see upcoming calls details in the list.
- You can view the entire call details with status
- Edit the call details such as rescheduling/updating other call information etc.,
- You can copy the join call links for each type of users or schedule invite through Google, Outlook or Yahoo calendars
- On the calendar view as well you can click on call created for specific time and view the details

You can search
for any specific call using search option given above the list

Reports
Reports will give you all the completed call analysis and details such as recordings, poll results, emotional analysis, eye tracking results etc. To view any call report:
- Click on reports tab
- Select the date the call has been completed
- Click on “Analysis” which will open a new tab with the call ID as label (see images)
- You can see the list of tasks done during the call such as polls, recording, emotional analysis etc.

Reports > Analysis
On click of analysis you can see list of tasks done during the call. You can also see the type and number of responses for each poll question asked during the call
Polls

To view any poll result click on
- To download poll result click on “Download results”

Recording & Transcripts

To view any recording and transcripts click on the eye icon. If the recording is still processing you will see it as “processing” in the list. Once the recording is processed from the platform you will be able to view the recording by clicking on

Under, recording, you can download transcript of the recording by clicking on
transcript icon

You can download audio or video recording or delete recording by clicking on
download icon
- You can play the recording via the video player given in the platform
- You can also simultaneously see the transcripts being highlighted below while the recording played
Emotion Analysis

To view emotion analysis for media video click on the icon
- If Emotion analysis is not available yet then it will show as “processing”
- In case the emotion analysis is not generated you can generate it by clicking on “generate emotion analysis”
- On emotion analysis page you can see: Respondent statistics, share of emotion percentage, overall emotion chart, emotion valence overall chart, emotion overall chart and Gender chart.
- To view analysis by gender, use the gender switch given with Gender chart

You can share the emotion analysis page by clicking
share icon which will generate an emotion analysis page link and password which expires after 24 hours
- You can copy the link and password to share the analysis with anyone
- You can see the analysis by respondent by clicking on “View respondent”
Heat mapping/Eye tracking

To view eye tracking/heat mapping for media image click on the icon
- To view individual heat mapping, just select the participant name who completed eye tracking and play the heat map video.
- You can download the Heat mapped video as well as heat mapped image with “Download” option given on the page

Me-Grow Meeting
Me-Grow Meeting is a platform specifically built for market research online focus group discussions and In-depth Interviews. You can have an audio or a video call with anyone who has an access to a laptop or a smartphone. It is easy to set up the calls, you can schedule and manage all your calls in one login. You can use features like record and view the call recordings and many more like facial coding, eye tracking etc.
What options are available to Analyze my survey?
Analyze
From Analyze section you can view your survey results and monitor survey progress. You can find 4 pages under this section:
- Summary View
- Data View
- Quota management
- Insights lab (Tableau integration)
Summary View
Summary view will show survey overview and question summary. You can download or share the entire summary view of a survey as a unique link with a password to anyone.
To share the summary view > Simply click on “Share report” in Survey overview section and copy the URL and Password. User of this URL can access the summary view from mobile, desktop, laptops/tabs etc.,
To download the summary view > simply click on the “Download report” in survey overview section to download the summary report in PDF or PPT format.
Question Summary – You can see a summary view of your data from this section of the page and apply filters & customization for each question.

You can switch between Chart view or table view with

You can group options of the question by selecting options from drop-down and click add
and apply. You can also rename the grouped options.

Data View
Under data view you can see entire survey data collected in both Code and label format. You can also download raw data file from this section.

Quota Management
Under Quota management, you can monitor all your survey quota in detail. You can view overview and update quotas of a live survey as required by survey questions or by launch method.
Survey Overview – Under Overview you can see the number of completes, total response, started, terminate, Quota full. You can also see the completed responses basis on launch type. You can see average LOI of the survey, screen out, Incident rate.

Completes – The number of respondents completed the survey.
Terminate – The number of respondents does not meet the criteria and got terminated.
Quota full – The number of respondents reach the particular quota which has reached the limit and reached quota full page.
Total started – The number of respondents started the survey
Completes by launch option
Buy Samples – The number of completes achieved from Buy Samples.
Embed in web or app – The number of completes achieved from your web page or app integration
Web link – The number of completes achieved from Web link.
Email/SMS – The number of completes achieved through Email/SMS
Social media – The number of completes achieved from your survey social share

What are the ways to launch my surveys?
You can launch a survey in 6 different ways in Me-grow Enterprise platform. Please note that once the survey is launched you cannot edit the live survey. Hence, we always recommend you check all your survey questions and logics thoroughly to make sure everything is correct before proceeding to launch.

Buy samples from panel
You collect the data from Me-grow Enterprise double opt-in consumer panel by using this method. The cost for per complete will vary basis on your survey requirement/criteria
- You can choose specific profiling categories to target the audience.
- You can see the feasibility and cost details by viewing quota page (view quota). Cost will be shown basis on your survey requirement/criteria
- Once you hit launch you will be routed to payment gateway page where you can complete the payment process.
- After payment your survey will be submitted and will be launched within 1-3 hours after review made from Me-grow Enterprise experts.
- Reviewing of the survey is to make sure there is no personal information or sensitive topics of the respondent asked with the survey since it is Me-grow Enterprise’s consumer panel. If you wish to launch a survey for more hard-to-reach audience, contact us at support@me-grow.com
- Launch on QR: You can launch surveys on multiple QR codes. Before launching make sure to generate QR codes from “QR codes” page.
- Embed in a webpage or app: You can launch survey within your own app and website using our API/SDKs or a onetime integration code for websites or any web pages. See more on how to integrate here
- Web link: You can use this feature to share your survey anywhere as a web link. You can either use a single link or can download unique survey links to share
- Email/SMS: You can use this feature to share the survey directly to your database of email list or mobile number list. You can also customize your email to your need before sending the survey. To see how many email/sms invites you can use see our subscription.
- Social media: You can connect your social channels and launch the survey directly in those social channels such as Twitter, Facebook etc.,

Customize survey end page: You can customize your survey end pages by clicking on icon
in the launch page. Under end page customization you can:
- Update end page message
- You can add your end page logo
- You can add a footer note
How to customize survey themes?
After your questions and logic are in place, you can focus on fine-tuning the look and feel of your survey with our three preset themes. You can customize the theme of your own to suit your needs. You can access themes from left side panel in builder section by clicking on “Themes”.

To customize a theme
Click on theme hamburger menu of a theme and click on Customize. Upon customization your new theme will be auto saved under “My themes” section. Customization has following options to update:
- Primary color of the theme- This will change the color of elements in the theme including end page elements
- Option box style (Rounded, Flat or Card) – This will change the option box style
- Upload your own logo – The logo will show at the top right corner of the survey
How to add language overlay for a survey?
After adding the questions in the builder, you can switch to language tab from side menu where you can find options to add different language overlays.


To add a new language:
- Click on Language > Get started
- Add overlay title and select language > Continue
- Replace texts of each question & option with language text or us Google translate option to get your overlay translated to selected language.
- Click on Save, New language overlay will be added to the survey.
