Vikram joined Markelytics as a fresher 8 years ago. He has been at the core of building tech-enabled market research SaaS products and helping teams to execute projects with help of tech products with ease. He also coordinates with the sales team in setting up product demos with our clients. He is also responsible for building virtual panels with strategic partnerships.
In his journey of 8 years with us, he started as a project management executive. In a span of a year and a half, he got on board to work on our vision of developing SaaS products for market research. Since then, he has been working in the domain – starting from ideation to final product delivery (what it is today) of our three major tech products – the Digital Qualitative Research Suite, the Brand-led Community Engagement Tool and the Consumer-integrated Online Survey Tool. He is currently working extensively on building Me-Grow.
He has done an MBA in Marketing.
Vikram is fond of reading and has an avid interest in photography.

Prashant is currently the Senior Software Architect at Markelytics and leads the team for our SaaS Products from the technology front. He has always been interested in working on the challenging projects and solving complex problems.
Prashant has a total of 19 years of experience in the domain. He has in his bag many achievements like the successful implementation of MVPs in the past. he also has years of experience in Hadoop, Big Data and multi-tiered architecture. He is also a certified ScrumMaster.
Previously, he has largely worked with start-ups and built MPVs. He was the CTO of CreditMate and has also worked as the Tech Lead at Ness Technologies.
He is an engineer with a Computer Science major.
He is deeply involved in sports activities and enjoys running and tracking in his free time. He also makes sure to spare some time for gardening & swimming.

Dreaming of a career in Marketing, Vineet started his professional journey in Sales at Times Group (BPHCL). Having spent a little over a couple of months in sales, an opportunity for a lateral shift beckoned, which he grabbed with both hands to start his marketing career as a copywriter. His ad copies appeared in national & regional dailies and handled all the content requirements for internal & external stakeholders.
With over a decade of marketing experience covering traditional and digital campaigns, Vineet always draws parallels in medicine & marketing. Professionals in either field need to upskill themselves regularly because there is neither an end to diseases/treatments nor marketing strategies in a fast-evolving business environment. He swears by this school of thought and pushes his team to stay on top of the learning curve all the time. Forayed into AI & ML based marketing, he has proven capabilities in mapping digital campaign strategies, content marketing, and analytics. In his current role at Markelytics, Vineet heads the Marketing, PR & AI Implementation for B2B, B2C & Product brands.
An executive alumnus of IIM Calcutta, Vineet calls the double helix structure of his DNA to be intertwined with marketing.

Sonakshi is a market research professional with 16+ years of industry experience. She is highly skilled in decoding consumer insights, quantitative research, business strategy, story-telling & people management. Her expertise lies in areas of strategic research like U&A, segmentation, pricing, communication etc. At Markelytics, she will be spearheading the country wide sales of the Avidestal product suite. She will also be contributing in the further development & finetuning of the products to suit the needs of the Indian market.
She has worked extensively across industries like F&B, Personal Care Products, BFSI, Retail, Fashion, Social Research etc. In her previous work stint with Hansa Research, she was heading their business in South India alongside various international assignments. There she also handled various prestigious studies for Niti Ayog & KPMG whose findings got incorporated in the 15th financial commission.
She is the winner of the Best Developmental Research award in MRSI Golden Key Awards in 2020. She has also been one of the finalists for the Best Team & Best Storytelling award in MRSI Golden Key Awards in 2019 & 2021 respectively.

Jasal has spent around 22 years in the Market Research industry. He has worked with top fortune companies and reputed agencies before setting up the world’s leading offshore Market Research agency from India, Markelytics Solutions.
With able leadership and strong client-acquisition skills, Jasal has made the brand match global standards and set its footprints across the globe. He is a globe-trotter, attending several conferences, meetings & exhibitions and maintaining relationships with clients in the continents of North America, Europe, and Asia.
An MBA graduate from the Institute for Technology and Management and a thought leader in the market research domain, his articles and views are regularly published in national dailies and international research journals. He specializes in technology-related market research. He was recently felicitated with the Leadership Award by World Marketing Congress endorsed by CMO Asia for his contribution to Market Research Industry. On the personal front, he lives with his wife and sons in Bangalore. Mr. Shah has also served as the council member of the most prestigious global market research association – ESOMAR.

(fondly called Andy) is one of the founding members and directors of Avidestal Technologies – a SaaS product brand with five products under it, including the most recent one, Me-Grow, which is an integration of the other four products into one. An innovator – he has been deeply involved in the whole process of Me-Grow product formation, right from planning to development & execution. He is a prodigious leader with exceptional business acumen & strong domain knowledge. Andy is also one of the founding members of Markelytics Solutions, a global research organization with 20 years in business. He heads Medical World Panel (MWP), the healthcare-research arm, and overlooks the entire Healthcare Panel & CATI business for Markelytics.
Andy brings over two decades of rich research & analytics experience with a mindset inclined toward ways technology could be used to provide better solutions. He has previously worked with brands like MARG, Gallup, and Indya.com. He is a strong and dynamic leader with expertise in multiple verticals covering Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and many other areas. He is a graduate of Economics from Madras University, India.

Venkatesh is one of the co-founders of Markelytics. He takes care of the overall operations of the company. He brings with him 2 decades of rich experience in the Market Research domain. His previous positions at some reputable agencies like Gallup, Market Probe and TNS have led to a strong understanding of the subject, client needs and requirements.
Venkatesh has developed several analysis frameworks for large single-country and multi-continental studies across the globe. He is a whiz at using Data Analysis packages. He has worked extensively in segments like Financial Services, Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, IT and Automotive sectors.

Rajesh is one of the co-founders of Markelytics Solutions. He is actively involved in new business development, key client-relationship management and setting up new teams. A digital connoisseur, Rajesh brings eclectic perspectives to ways research is done and should be done in the future. A co-founder and a veteran in new business development, key relationship management and setting up new teams, he brings and varied experience of 18 years in International Business. He has worked with companies like AC Nielsen before taking the entrepreneurial stint. He has great experience in Knowledge Process Management too.
Rajesh loves mentoring the team and fueling his passion for learning by exploring new fields, opportunities, and ideas. He also likes to discuss methodologies, research implications and innovative ideas. A business traveler – he is always seen attending various international research conferences.
